Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. Your booking confirmation reaches your email immediately after payment, and the tickets or instructions follow within that window before the event.

Etihad Park sits on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, reached by road from the Abu Dhabi mainland and from Dubai along the main highway between the two cities. Most festival-goers arrive by car, taxi or rideshare, with drop-off and on-island parking arranged around the venue for events. Abu Dhabi International Airport is only a short drive away, just across from Yas Island. Because Yas Island draws large crowds on event days — it also hosts the Yas Marina Circuit and Ferrari World — leave extra time for the final approach and follow the signed routes and marshals on the day.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. OFFLIMITS runs in late November, when Abu Dhabi's daytime heat eases and the evenings on Yas Island turn mild and dry — comfortable conditions for an open-air festival that carries on after dark. Daytime can still be warm and sunny, so light clothing, sun cover and water help early on, while a light layer is worth having for the cooler evening once the sun is down. Etihad Park is an outdoor ground, so comfortable footwear for a full day on your feet is sensible. Check the forecast close to your festival day, as desert evenings can feel cooler than the daytime suggests.

In most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. The exact method depends on the ticketing platform used for delivery — some support direct in-app transfers, while others need coordination through our support team. Venues generally prohibit weapons, alcohol and food brought from outside, oversized bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, recording equipment, laser pointers and any pyrotechnics. Access is released by category, so the ticket you choose sets which area of the ground you have access to. Premium categories closer to the stage typically see the strongest demand, so booking earlier gives the widest choice for the Abu Dhabi festival.
